Shipping
Please Note: Our daily order fulfillment cut-off time is 9:00 AM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Holiday Season: During the holiday season and other high-volume sale periods, order processing and fulfillment may take longer than usual. Please allow additional business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Returns must be marked as in transit within 5 days of submitting a return request, otherwise the return request will be canceled.
Please inspect your item before returning it. We cannot accept returns on items with signs of wear, including:
- Deodorant or makeup stains
- Rips, tears, or other damage

Any indication the item has been worn
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
Holiday Season: Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing after your return is delivered.
How to Start a Return
Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our return portal.
Exchanges
Size exchanges can be requested through the return portal.
Your exchange order will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Swim Suits
- Socks
- Pop-up purchases
Purchasing Redo Free Returns + Package Protection does not make final sale items eligible for return.
Redo Free Returns & Package Protection
Customers who purchase Redo Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Coverage for one lost or stolen package claim
Package Protection covers lost or stolen packages one time only.
Customers who do not purchase Redo coverage are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Redo fees, original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you purchased Redo Free Returns + Package Protection, lost or stolen packages may be eligible for coverage.
If you opted out of Redo coverage, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier and submit a lost package claim.
International Orders
International orders ship via FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP) and typically arrive within 3–6 business days after fulfillment.
All duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout.
International Returns
We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
